Jon Hill

The ability to put my drive, skills, and knowledge to use for the benefit of others is why I find my profession so rewarding. Coming from a background of owning and managing different businesses, I saw a need in the real estate industry.

A business owner must “Own the problem they are committing to solve." Too many Realtors focus on being popular to drive their business and not on delivering results and exceeding client expectations. The second is where I choose to focus my business.

During the home selling process, I challenge myself to exceed your expectations through in depth industry knowledge, incredible service, and setting expectations that I hold myself to ensuring every client and property I help receives the attention they deserve.

I grew up in a small farming and ranching community in Western Colorado where I owned and operated my own business in the local industry. I was involved in many real estate transactions through leased properties as well as buying and selling property myself. This spurred an interest in me so great, it led to a career in real estate.

My professional real estate career began in Denver, Colorado where I worked exclusively with residential investors. This opportunity gave me a keen insight and knowledge into the fundamentals of real estate that allows me to better serve my clients.

My wife is originally from Anchorage. When we began a family of our own, she knew there was no place to raise kids like Alaska. After making trips to visit her family (and through my wife’s persistence) I too had become captured by Alaska’s uniqueness and beauty. Now, I cannot imagine living anywhere else.

When I am not helping clients, I spend my time outdoors with my family, hiking, and trying to take full advantage of the incredible and adventurous lifestyle Alaska has to offer.
